New signing Luis Diaz has been told by a Colombia football legend to “have a great time” at Liverpool.
The Reds completed the signing of Diaz in a £49million deal with Porto shortly before the January transfer window closed.
Since arriving from Portugal, Diaz has made four appearances for Liverpool and scored his first goal for the club in the 3-1 win over Norwich City at the weekend.

In each of Diaz’s performances, the 25-year-old has already showed signs of why Liverpool brought him to the club in January, earning plenty of praise from Jurgen Klopp along the way.
Now Colombia legend Carlos Valderrama has weighed in on Diaz’s move to Liverpool and his start to life in the Premier League.
Valderrama, who is the most-capped player in Colombia’s history and represented the country at three World Cups, has told Diaz to enjoy his time at Liverpool.

"He's (Diaz) dying of laughter. The son does everything that way,” Valderrama is quoted telling journalists by Marca , while apparently laughing.
“The man is happy, he's happy. Soccer is joy. If you change your mentality, you lose the year.
“You can't change the joy to play soccer. So I invite you to have a great time there.”
