Match moved due to Carabao Cup Semi-Final dates

Brentford’s Premier League visit to Anfield has been moved. The Bees travel to Merseyside to face Liverpool in January. The game will now be played on Sunday 16 January and will kick off at 2pm.
The game has been shifted due to Liverpool’s Carabao Cup commitments. Liverpool will face Arsenal in the Second Leg of their Carabao Cup Semi-Final on Thursday 13 January. As such, our match at Anfield will move from Saturday 15 January to Sunday 16 January.
The Emirates FA Cup schedule means that neither of the Semi-Final Second Leg ties can be played on Tuesday 11 January. Tottenham Hotspur’s game with Chelsea will be on Wednesday 12 January with Liverpool facing Arsenal the following day. To give Liverpool sufficient rest, the game has been moved.
Brentford FC is aware of the inconvenience this shift will cause to supporters. These events were out of the control of both clubs and the Premier League. Our ticket allocation for the match has sold out. If you cannot now attend and would like a refund, please email tickets@brentfordfc.com. Please note, the Box Office is closed until Wednesday, 29 December.
